Title of the picture
Date the photograph was taken
Where the photograph was taken
Image requirements/acceptable formats:
35mm slide in positive film
Color print, landscape ONLY, minimum of 7” X 5”
Digital image: minimum of 10 mega pixels - submit on CD labeled with all pertinent information, as outlined above
Photographs, slides and/or digital images will not be returned. All winning entries become property of
