The ATD Automatic Crown and Bridge Remover is an automated device that has significantly advanced the crown and bridge removal technique. This innovative system uses a specialized handpiece that can attach to an electric or slow speed air driven handpiece motor with speeds ranging from 5,000 rpm to 25,000 rpm. The ATD provides less stress on the tooth structure by applying regular strokes and thereby preventing any damage to the tooth, periodontium, and prosthesis. Both the intensity and frequency of the stroke force are adjustable. The ATD is autoclave safe and includes a wide range of hooks and wire tips designed to remove any fixed prosthetic configuration. This product is available with connectors for E-type standard, Star, Titan and Midwest Shorty Two-Speed.
